Italian Coral Gold Bead 36 Inch Vintage Necklace. Fabulous Italian coral bead necklace by Tiffany & Company fashioned in 14 karat yellow gold. The necklace features 45 natura coral beads measuring 12mm, and 46 ribbed gold beads measuring 7.2mm.
