Vintage Art Deco Carved Whitby Jet and Salmon Coral Statement Necklace 1915-30's

  
A fine and rare necklace made from natural branch Coral and Whitby Jet from Yorkshire, England. Beautifully hand carved Jet beads, tactile and warm to the touch. Coral is now illegal to harvest so is now becoming very rare.

Dates from the Art Deco era, circa 1915/30's. The clasp works as it should. This necklace has been recently restrung on silk thread.

Centre Jet bead 2.5cm x 4.1cm, small Jet beads 0.8cm. Shorter string 44cm long, longer string 46.5cm.
